Every now and then a dish lands in front of you that is so indescribably good that you just have to tell everyone about it. The “Benedict” (they dropped the “Eggs”) marries two perfectly poached eggs with braised house-cured panchetta, and plates them on top of a thick slice of brioche toast. Often, such thick cuts of pork are too tough to eat, but this literally melts in your mouth. Go if you love your stomach.
